UNITED KINGDOM (UK) – Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail Recorded Service and will typically take 1-3 working days. The cost for this service is a flat rate of £3.95 regardless of the item value or number of items ordered. All orders are dispatched with full insurance against loss or damage. United Kingdom means any address with a valid UK postcode including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Channel Islands.

EUROPE – STANDARD DELIVERY – Standard delivery is by Royal Mail Airmail using their International Signed For Service, and will typically take 5 working days. The cost for this service is a flat rate of £9.95 regardless of the value or number of items ordered.

REST OF THE WORLD – STANDARD DELIVERY – Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail Airmail using their International Signed For Service, and will typically take 7 working days. The cost for this service is a flat rate of £17.00 regardless of the value or number of items ordered.

LOST GOODS

Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until 14-21 days after delivery. In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods by this time, please contact us. We regret that we cannot issue a refund to you until the loss has been established.

FAULTY GOODS

If, upon receipt, you find that your goods are faulty or incorrect, please notify us immediately in writing and confirm whether you require a replacement or refund. We will then advise how to proceed.

REFUND POLICY
